Delivery in the UK

All orders over £ 40 are shipped within the UK for £ 1.95. If you order an item with a price of € 40 or more, and you live in the Netherlands, then you are assured of free delivery of your order.

This applies to all addresses within the Netherlands, including the Wadden Islandsasdasdasd! Other rates apply outside the Netherlands. See the table below for more information.

Evening delivery

Orders for which all products are in stock can be delivered in the evening. You can choose from all working days except the current one. You can select evening delivery during checkout. We charge € 0.95 for evening delivery.

Delivery with GLS

The delivery of your order goes through our partner GLS. In the Netherlands they deliver between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm on weekdays and on Saturdays between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. 

The working days are from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays. Unfortunately, shipments to Belgium cannot be delivered on Saturdays at this time. GLS does not deliver to PO boxes. Please check your package for damage upon receipt. If it appears that the products are damaged, you do not have to accept the shipment. Delivery time

When we have received the payment for your order, we will process and ship your product (s).

If you order on weekdays before 5:00 PM, the package will be delivered the next business day. If you place an order at the weekend, we use a delivery time of two working days. In these cases we assume that the product is in stock with us. Otherwise it unfortunately takes longer before we can deliver. We will always keep you informed by e-mail.

For instance:

- An order that is placed on Monday before 5:00 PM is delivered on Tuesday.
- An order placed on Saturday is therefore delivered on Tuesday.

Choose Your Delivery Day

Altena-Web offers you, together with our delivery partner GLS, all the possibilities to make it as easy as possible for you. On the day of shipment you will receive an e-mail in which we offer you the FlexDelivery Service. You can then directly indicate to GLS via the special website mentioned in the mail:

Whether the shipment must be offered on another day. Or that it must be arranged at a Package Shop so that it can be picked up there

Or that it will be collected at the GLS depot. This way you can determine yourself where and when the delivery will take place.

Follow Your Order

You will receive an email with notification of dispatch as soon as your products are sent from our processing center. This message contains a GLS tracking number for your order, as well as a link that takes you directly to the Track & amp; Trace site brings to track your shipment. With your 14-digit package number and your zip code, GLS traces the package that is on its way to you. This way you can see exactly where your package is from behind your computer. So you are always aware of the expected delivery time.

You can also indicate on this GLS site that the delivery may be offered to the neighbors if you are not at home at the time of delivery. GLS's policy is that this is not done automatically, but only if you explicitly state this.

Return options

When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement for 30 days without giving any reason. This cooling-off period starts on the day following receipt of the product by the consumer or a representative designated in advance by the consumer and announced to the entrepreneur. Even if you are not satisfied with the delivered product, for example due to damage or defect, you can return the product.

When we receive the package back, we will look at the specific complaints and we will contact you for a suitable solution. If you wish to use the return options, you can visit the return page. Here you can fill in a form that automatically starts the return request. Complete this form as fully as possible and provide additional information if necessary. You will receive a message confirming your request and any further instructions. For all details regarding your right of withdrawal and return options, please refer to our terms and conditions.

Money Back On Return

The entrepreneur reimburses all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs (not the return costs, unless the product is not sound) charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer cancels it. reports. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait to pay back until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has sent back the product, whichever is the earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the consumer.

Pick up by appointment

In addition to the option to have your order delivered to your home or to another address, also offers the option to collect the products from us.

When picking up your order you can only pay in cash, not with the payment options that are elsewhere on this site.
